At Metropolitan Hospital, HSS developed a comprehensive signage and wayfinding system to support a new campus circulation pattern created by the installation of a flood protection wall. The program included a gate nomenclature strategy, maps, directional signage, safety signage, and hospital identification elements. Designed as part of the hospital's flood resilience improvements, the signage system was engineered to withstand complete flood submersion.
